This page describes exactly what this website does and does not collect. It covers orbitchurch.org only — Planning Center, Church Center, YouTube, and other linked services are covered by their own privacy practices.
What you need to know
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into trouble — for example, that someone opened a visit plan or requested directions. Analytics never receives the contents of a form, a prayer request, or any other message you send us. IP addresses are anonymized and no data is used for ad personalization.
Prayer requests, visit plans, serve interest, baptism connection cards, giving, and every other form on this site are handled directly by Planning Center's Church Center platform — either in an embedded window or by taking you to Church Center itself. This website does not store what you submit; Planning Center does, under its own privacy terms.
Sermon video is served from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Directions open in an embedded Google Map, with an option to continue to Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation. Podcast links go to Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Each external service applies its own privacy practices when you use it.
Names, contact details, prayer requests, children's information, and giving records are never sent to advertising platforms or behavioral analytics of any kind — by this site or by Church Center.
