Orbit Kids is a children’s ministry that aims to create an engaging experience where kids can learn to revolve everything around Jesus! You will be welcomed by our greeters at the Orbit Kids check-in table, then you’ll be walked through every step of the process: From checking your kids in, to what they will be learning, and how to check them out!

Your kids will be constantly immersed in a fun and engaging way that teaches them about the Word of God! They will hear a Bible story every week, plus participate in worship, games, and activities. Between all of that, small group time, and Godly discussions, there is never a dull moment in Orbit Kids!

Who We Are

Welcome to Orbit Kids — a place where every weekend is designed to be fun, meaningful, and centered on Jesus!  Orbit Kids is a children’s ministry that aims to create an engaging experience where kids can learn to revolve everything around Jesus! We believe church should be the best hour of your child’s week — a place where they feel safe, seen, and excited to grow in their faith.  From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly greeters at the Orbit Kids check-in table. We’ll personally walk you through every step of the process — from checking your kids in, to what they’ll be learning, and how smooth and simple pick-up works. Our team is here to answer questions and help your family feel confident and comfortable.

Once inside, your kids will be constantly immersed in a fun and engaging environment that teaches them about the Word of God! Each week they will:

  • Participate in high-energy worship
  • Play interactive games
  • Enjoy hands-on activities
  • Connect during small group time
  • Engage in meaningful, Godly discussions.

Nursery – Our Youngest Guests

The youngest members of Orbit Kids are welcomed into a warm, nurturing environment designed just for them. From the moment they arrive, your little one will experience a space filled with love, care, and attention from our incredible volunteers, who are passionate about helping each child feel safe, valued, and known.

Even our tiniest guests get a taste of worship! Nursery time includes gentle worship music, playful interactions, and age-appropriate activities that introduce them to God’s love in a fun and comforting way. Every detail — from safe spaces to consistent routines — is designed to help your child feel secure while parents enjoy service.

Our nursery volunteers are trained, caring, and excited to partner with you in your child’s early spiritual journey. Here, even the youngest kids begin to experience the joy of being part of God’s family.

Toddlers – Growing in God’s Love

Toddlers at Orbit Kids step into a playful, engaging environment where they can explore, learn, and grow in God’s love. Our team of caring volunteers is passionate about guiding each child through fun, age-appropriate experiences while helping them feel safe, seen, and valued.

Each week, toddlers participate in activities that combine movement, music, and creative learning to introduce foundational truths about God. They’ll enjoy lively worship, hands-on games, and simple Bible stories that spark curiosity and help them begin to understand God’s love in a tangible way.

Small group moments allow toddlers to build relationships with consistent leaders and peers, encouraging social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Every part of the day is designed to make learning about Jesus fun, meaningful, and memorable, laying the groundwork for a lifetime of faith.

Pre-K – Engaging and Exciting

Pre-Kinder kiddos at Orbit Kids enter an inviting space filled with fun games, colorful toys, and interactive learning opportunities — all designed to help them connect with our volunteers and with one another. This is often their first experience with large group programming, where they can enjoy the excitement of worship as a community.

During large group time, Pre-K kiddos will sing and learn motions to lively worship songs, watch a short, engaging teaching, and enjoy a video that brings Bible stories to life in a way they can understand. After a large group, kids transition into small groups where they participate in hands-on activities designed to reinforce what they’ve learned, making the lessons memorable and meaningful.

Every moment in Pre-K is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and deepen their understanding of God’s love — all while having fun and forming friendships in a safe, welcoming environment.

Kindergarten – 2nd Grade – Learning and Growing in Faith

Kindergarten through 2nd grade kids enter an environment designed just for them — a space full of energy, creativity, and opportunities to explore their faith. From the moment they arrive, they’re greeted by volunteers who are excited to get to know them personally through games, activities, and meaningful interactions.

During large group programming, kids engage in high-energy worship, moving and singing to fun songs that help them connect with God through music. They’ll hear from an engaging teacher, watch a dynamic gospel-centered video, and explore Bible stories in ways that are both memorable and applicable to their daily lives.

After large group, kids break into small groups where they participate in hands-on activities, discuss what they’ve learned, and talk about how to apply God’s Word in their everyday lives — at school, at home, and with friends. Every moment is designed to combine fun, learning, and spiritual growth, helping children build a foundation of faith that lasts.

3rd – 5th Grade – Growing in Faith and Community

In 3rd through 5th grade, kids enter an environment designed specifically for their age — full of engaging games, interactive activities, and spaces that encourage connection and fun.

Large group programming includes lively worship, relevant teaching, and videos that speak directly to their experiences and help them see how God’s Word applies to their everyday lives. After a large group, kids break into small groups where discussion and exploration take center stage. These sessions give them the opportunity to ask questions, reflect on what they’ve learned, and think about how to live out their faith in practical ways.

Every moment is designed to help kids grow spiritually, build friendships, and feel confident in their relationship with Jesus — all in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.
